Just pay really strict attention to your form on deadlifts since you have such long legs; it can be hard to get low enough for someone like that without rounding your back. Just listen to your body.

I do strongly dislike organic chemistry research, however.
If you are being serious, I will be coming to you when I need help when I take that class. I've never heard anybody say that they like it lol
My next year is going to be so fun. Bio intro sequences (101 in fall, 102 in winter, 103 in spring), chem intro, anatomy intro, applied calc 1 and applied calc 2. At least for spring quarter I'll only have bio chem and anatomy haha

So at the end of the week im gonna start cutting. Should i do anything specific for my diet? I know someone said don't drink whole milk (due to the high fat in it), should i cut that out or just keep it limited to post workout drinking. Also, when lifting should i just try to maintain my current lifts or progress. Assuming im eating less, progressing will be harder, so i might just keep on going with the same weights but get better on my form (because it always can improve! ^^).

yesterday I was supposed to take it real easy, since I spent more than a week off gym.
pfft. fuck that.
Squat 112kg (ez ez pz) Press 62kg almost Bw. FUCK SI. Power Clean 68kg.
LET'S GO AT IT, FINAL WEEK OF SS YES YES YES.

While you're cutting you shouldn't expect to progress, unless you're a beginner. Trying to progress is a good way to burn yourself out.
Generally, you want to keep weight high but back off on frequency and volume. If you're doing 3x10 3 times per week going to something like 2-3x6-8 2-3 times per week would make more sense, depending on how hard you're cutting and your genetics.
I would also back off the weight by a touch simply because overtraining is no fun at all, and neither is dieting.
E.g. if you just set a p.r. of 3x10 @ 200lbs, I'd say do something like 2-3x6-8 @ 180lbs.
Diet wise, just keep protein fairly high (1g/lb) and make sure you're in a calorie deficit. The problem with whole milk is that it's so calorie dense, you won't be able to eat much food through the rest of the day if you intend on losing weight. I'd say with cutting, skim milk would be better post workout.

You can keep the weights up if its only 3x a week. Just keep them heavy and stay away from failure training. It's very hard to overtrain even as an intermediate/advanced while cutting
Milk is debatable... generally I feel like if you're cutting just drink water and only eat 'til you're about 70-80% full instead of full to maintain and stuffing your face to gain.
Basically, if cutting IMO:
~Keep lifting heavy, but don't expect to make much progress. Don't need to back off the weight especially because you want to maintain strength and heavy stimulus is good for maintaining muscle mass
~cut out liquid calories, and generally don't eat til you're full. Don't eat anything processed.
~Make sure you get 7+ hrs of sleep because lack of sleep impedes improving body composition (due to the extra stress on the body). Also, eliminate other stressors

Yeah I totally wanna be in a compilation tape where sJarl is lifting twice my DL... :D

Yeah I'm not even going to get involved in that thread. Also, I am what I'd describe as pleasantly sore today. That is, it is consistent with what I would have expected and is not debilitating to me overall.
Also random other fitness goal; be able to do full splits both legs side-to-side and back-front. I'm very close on the side-to-side and still what most would consider "impressively flexible" back-front but I gotta work on it more.

The weight lifted wouldn't matter nearly as much as the effort that would be put into that lift.

Today is my off day.
Still stuck on skim because my mom keeps on forgetting to buy whole milk >.>
Still, sticking to GOSMAD in the interim.
I was ever so slightly sore today, didn't get as much sleep as would be optimal. More zzz today.
Trying to figure out how I want to work out in long run. Should probably just overcome awkwardness and do it at school >.>
Oh, and yesterday (in lbs)
Squatted 45 Benched 25 (tt) Deadlifted 55

Personally, I would stick to skim or 2% over whole milk
According to livestrong.com (Shuddup lol) Skim: 8 grams protein, 12 g carbs, 0? fat. 80 cal/serving Whole: 8 gram protein, 12 g carbs, 8 gram fat. 150 cal/serving A galllon has what, 16 servings? So skim is 128 g protein, 192 grams carbs and no fat while Whole has an extra 128 g of fat. Comes in at around 1280 calories for skim and 2400 for whole.
Now, this is up to you and I'm sure plenty will disagree with me. But an extra ~1200 calories is totally unnecessary, especially considering that ~1200 is from fat alone. Futhermore, with proper meals and what not you'd be getting around 3500/4000 calories per day. At your weight, it is honestly completely unnecessary and I'd stick with skim.
I almost completely disagree with GOMAD...
