Match 1 vs Abzan rares basically the sit to my left is GW midrange (defensive bodies, 3+ cartouches and 7/7 as curve-toppers to take over the game), and this guy was next to the left, no idea how he ended up running that.
He was playing Never // Return, Dusk // Dawn, Prepare // Fight, 2x Final Reward, Splendid Agony, but mediocre creatures. Specifically, he couldn't deal very well with flyers once I made him use some removal, and we both drew a lot of lands while I had more gas in my opening hand so I pressured him and then it was a matter of dealing the final few points of damage. Game 2 started slowly and ended in a draw 'cause of board stall and him saving removal for the flyers.
Caracal got played turn 5 twice, hit by Final Reward on untapping twice.

Match 2 vs UR aggro-control I joked with him that I was getting karma'd as I'd get punished by his much better deck comprised of cards I passed him. That's literally what happened as game 1 was pretty much won on the back of Aven Initiates that I couldn't race with but couldn't block/remove either. I had a decent start but Trial of Solidarity was met with Electrify + Magma Spray in response (Magma Spray exiling Unwavering Initiate).
Game 2 I kept a land with 3 islands, then proceeded to draw W cards till turn 5 while my opponent more or less curved out.
Since we had ample time for a friendly after I got denied playing in game 2, we played one where I went a bit too deep on aggro after seeing him lack early creatures, I dropped him to 1 but needed to field one excess attacker or topdeck a removal. I topdecked Caracal and he topdecked the clone Vizier. Then next turn he Flings it on a creature of mine and embalms it copying Caracal again.

Match 3 vs BWg 2-drops and removal eg. Time to Reflect, Start // Finish, 2x Final Reward, Splendid Agony, maybe something else, and 8 or so zombies.
Game 1 he starts a bit slow and after playing through 3-4 removal I finally get a flyer to finish him. He whines all the while that his deck doesn't perform, that he never got to play Oketra's Monument to turn Bontu on (I milled the monument with Winds of Rebuke) and that his deck was durdling around without doing anything to win. But when I pointed out he removed a shitton of stuff he still replied that there was more. He's also the guy who won the launch party last week and trashed my shitty pool, so he'd seen Bontu and knew it's a garbage card to press offensively.
Game 2 he gets to draw almost all his removal, blows me out with Time to Reflect on my Caracal when I use Trial of Solidarity to punch with everything, then has a removal in hand for every single flyer I play. At that point I have 2 Binding Mummies in play and he's got 3 creatures (including a scorpion with cartouche of solidarity so I can't wear him down) so all I need is either a zombie or my own cartouche to bounce the Trial and punch again, but I keep bricking while he draws gas and find his splashed Decimator Beetle, which promptly kills my Spearmaster then my Binding Mummies. The game's obviously over but I play a couple turns to see if I can topdeck an out and all I find is Cartouche, once my board's no longer wide enough to kill him. He's still whining about his deck not doing anything when he methodically removed everything I played, including having exile effects in hand for all but one embalm creatures.
Game 3 I mull to 6, keep a 3-lander, scry a land bottom, and end the game with 4 spells and 8(9) lands. He got the nut draw with Fan-Bearer -> Wayward Servant -> more zombies (and only zombies) and In Oketra's Name to push damage and finally acts satisfied, as if that's what he should have had every game.
