Yes.
Claudio and his band have so much fun and on the songs they knew everyone was going to sing for them they just played the part and let everyone do the rest. Normally, I fucking hate that shit, but it was easily the most fun i've had in a crowd in a long time.
He mentioned something along the lines of it being their current manager's last tour or something so they let him close the final chorus. Obviously the whole crowd was singing but it was pretty fuckin cool to me. Easily top 5 shows i've been to.

Big Dragon, Kibler confirmed. Not sure if he played something like that he just frequently make the most fun random decks. Reno N'zoth C'thun Rogue was one of his better.
Hmm, yeah, I don't see any elemental warlock decks featured on his youtube, but the Toast vs Kibler best of 9 definitely had a bunch of hilarious decks.
B had double the amount of cards of any other colour, and they had 24 creatures combined, so no matter what I thought about it I was forced to play this one. GW had 2x Ahn-Crop Champion (one foil), Trial of Solidarity, Rhonas' Monument... and 13 creatures, assuming I'd play the 1/1 lifelink cat or the 2/2 for 3 naga that can exert for a draw. R had around 5 creatures, all aggressive save for the 3/4 for 4 hyena, and 3 removal. U had Lay Claim, River Serpent, Naga Oracle, 2x the milling spell and 3 counters.
So I built my pile and looked at both build-around enchants in B (for cycling and for -1/-1) that I couldn't play 'cause I didn't have enough for it in the pool (Bontu could have looked decent with the scarab tokens).
Match 1 vs RG beatdown she doesn't get nearly as good starts as she could, and I'm lucky to have both Final Reward and Trial of Ambition out early (inc. her discarding turn 2 for her 4/3 and my playing Trial right after). Both games still end up super close because I clearly can't beat a vanilla 5/5. Game 2 comes down to drawing something I can use so my hand is small enough to reanimate Wanderer, sac it to Bontu and swing.
Match 2 vs GW exert basically what my deck would have been had I had enough creatures. 2x Ahn-Crop Champions (even a foil), Trial of Solidarity, a cartouche in each colour, the bear that can exert to fly, Rhonas' Champion, Rhonas himself... Game 1 Bontu buys me 4 turns just because it could block the Champion, then receives a cartouche to give it lifelink. I'm still dead to flying 3/3 every other turn, and when I tap out for River Serpent he just plays both cartouches on champion to kill it and be able to survive Rhonas and my deathtouchers. Game 2 goes faster though the board is mostly clear, 'cause 4+ strength creatures kill fast.
Match 3 vs UR bombs He draws Glyph Keeper and Glorybringer both games. When I Lay Claim the Glorybringer (after being forced to Final Reward a Cerodon that was gonna receive a flying cartouche) he topdecks Angler Drake to get it back. When I play a Shimmering Drake to prevent his sphinx from hitting, he topdecks Deem Worthy to remove it. Basically he was playing bombs and no card draw but naturally got them on curve, cool story.
Match 4 vs GW beatdown I win this one because he draws poorly and I get 2-for-1s and better with Rags both games (first round where I even drew it). He had a Vizier of the Menagery and put a -1/-1 counter on it, which let me kill it 'cause Rags killed a mummy that gave me the -1/-1 counter for the 4th point of thoughness. Then Riches and Lay Claim let me get stuff back, and him drawing poorly allowed my shit creatures to multiblock while my flyers hit for 2-3 a turn.
That wasn't enjoyable at all, save for maybe the first round that was close. I thought I had a bad pool sunday but that one was shit, didn't even have enough creatures to make generic piles, and my good cards were either in colours I couldn't play, and/or double-symbols so I couldn't splash them.
tl;dr: - Bontu is hot shit, won't even take it on the wheel in draft - Super synergistic archetypes combined with absurd bombs and low removal makes for a pretty bad sealed format and bricked pools (non-removal Black is basically "only good in one archetype" split between the 4 pairs) - one guy still went 2-1 then had to leave with a deck that was basically 4x Compelling Argument, Excavated sthing, Approach of the Second Sun, Enigma Drake and a splashed Approach of the Second Sun. His wins came from milling people out, milling himself to accelerate the Sun win, or milling himself to beat with an 8/4 flyer.
P1P1 opened Lord of the Accursed, and since I got stomped by a deck of zombies (and everyone seemed to be playing it) at prerelease I figured I'd try to force it a little. And force it I did, green was pretty open but I ignored it, so was blue. The zombies kept coming though---one notable pick in pack two or three was the uncommon WB zombie over Final Reward. We don't need no removal, we gons beat 'em to death with zambos!!
In any case it all came together pretty well actually, with some fun surprises in the middle. People passed me two(!!) Faith of the Devoted! Had I switched to blue earlier I think I could have made the cycling deck work really well and just drained people to death. As it was I had tons of cycling cards so I was tempted to run a copy as a finisher or something, but it really just conflicted with the mega aggro gameplan too much. Pack three I opened Dusk//Dawn to really solidify my self in the EXACT same deck I played against at prerelease. It was gonna be pretty sweet.
Game 1 I curved out with Fan Bearers into WB zombie into zombie lord and I just kept smashing. Think I won on turn 5. Game 2 I had to play a little mroe carefully since he kept removing and exiling Zombies with Magma Spray. I whittled him down to 1 HP with the 5/4 Manticore on the board and I was at 9. On waht woul dbe his final turn before I won, he whips out Onward//Victory, doubles the power of his Manticore and then Flings it at me with the topdeck of a lifetime. Was actually amazing, I was super happy for him that his deck worked. Then I crushed him Game 3. He showed me his deck after. 10 creatures. 2 Flings, 2 Onward to victorys, 2 of the green pump spell, the R enchantment that gives your guy 3/3 and shrinks it every turn...other pump stuff---just such an amazing idea and deck. Was honestly kinda sad it was single elim and wouldn't get to watch him play after. Record 1-0
Another aggro deck. This guy opened Liliana and every minotaur in the set, including the legendary one. His mana was somehow perfect and he was playing Oketra's monument to toss out a bunch of 1/1 vig soldiers and pump them with the 3/2 RW uncommon. It was honestly super scary. He took game 1 with relative ease when I just couldn't keep up with his board. Blew him out pretty nicely at one point with In Oketra's Name but he just kept dropping hasty threats and making more Soldiers. I sided in enchantment removal for the Monument but I never drew it. Game 2 we were very close. I had Zombie lord out and Cartouches buffing some zombies to 3/3 and 4/4. Kept tapping down a guy each turn and swinging with first strike menace zombies to totally fuck up his blocking. At one point (this was a pretty cool interaction) we discussed how the white 2/2 that can block additional creatures works with menace. The ruling (I believe) is he can't block menace with just the guy, but he can block two different menace guys with his 2/2, as long as they are also each being blocked by another creature. Turns out he forgot that if this is the case either of my first strike guys (both of whom he blocked) can kill his 2/2 before regular combat damage, which allows a guy he was quadruple blocking to survive. Game 3 I had to mull to 5 and he opened with WR uncommon into Ahn-crop crasher, swing for 7 on turn 3. That game was super donezo.
Hilariously enough, even though he had perfect mana coming at me every game along with the monument and the RW uncommon, in Match 3 he got heavily mana screwed and lost to a more controlly version of my deck.
Was feeling really shitty about Amonkhet drafts after going something like 1-2, 1-2, 0-3 online, but this redeemed the set a little in my eyes, or at least I redeemed myself. Don't know if I'll get to do it again before Hour of Devastation drops, but I'm gonna try!
