Depends on where you live in the UK, mine is fine, not the tastiest but drinkable. Carry it around in a bottle at uni for 1-2 days, and it works.

What are you actually drinking then? On coffee/soda all day long? ôo I used to drink water + fruit syrup (uh, my usual dictionary says it's called cordial or squash in the UK, never heard that) from when I was a child, but between the water fountains at work and just getting lazy and going with plain water 'cause it's faster and one less bottle to haul (bottles are at ground level) I mostly just drink plain water and sometimes boil myself some tea now. I buy a single 1.5L water bottle, and once it's empty I refill it with tap later, and every couple weeks I buy another one (not sure how long I could keep one before it's dubious, maybe I could go on months). Despite Britanny's phreatic tables being garbage (nitrate and other nasty stuff from agriculture) our tap water's pretty healthy. | ||

I meet strange people and treat them each and every day, yet I still get a crushing feeling in my chest when I have to make an unfamiliar phone call. Today I got a hair cut and the lady who barely speaks English is asking me what size trimmer i want her to use like I know the fucking difference. I'm used to going in, letting the guy I'm familiar with cut my hair and praying he does a good job and what I want cause I'm too anxious/unknowledgeable to specify. (he usually does great but now he's retired) I go home and my hair looks like shit so now I have to go back and try to hold her hand through it to fix it like it's my job and FUCK THIS IS SO STUPID I feel like the biggest idiot even though I know I'm not the only one. Edit: and I feel even stupider because I know I'm a fairly charismatic guy and social in crowds and can make do in strange situations with ease but I STILL get tripped up by the dumbest things every so often, and I feel bad complaining because so many people have it worse off in anxiety-wise and socially or in relationships than I do | ||
