+ Show Spoiler + a PO is a purchase order, it's basically looks a lot like a receipt except it's aimed at collecting the goods and puttin g it together,
should be pretty obvious especially when the strikethru'd word is also in red

She was really hung-up about the delays and stuff so I tried to orientate her toward the faster solution with reassuring details, like how the interface is still basically the same as using word-processing software (no idea if she knew what it is so I just said "MS Word") but it made her ask me to do a full-on documentation and tutorial for the thing on top of using the 2nd solution, because apparently even by telling them "the buttons and icons are the same as Word so you shouldn't be lost" using it would be "too difficult" for them. She did that for several things through-out the project. Since I don't have that much experience, I've been left wondering if basic-level employees are that unsavvy, or if she was genuinely thinking her subordinates are dumber than monkeys. Wtf your snack machines take credit cards? Do you even remember what a coin looks like? x)
