Beware of spoilers.  Shaman is so strong with the basic cards wtf. Even against a Warlock with a very strong card (t1 Void Walker, t2 buffed to +2/+2, t3 drops a Succubus too, starts mauling), your ability to trade up if you manage to get ~2 totems ups is so strong, especially the healing one. And then you get the totem to buff his neughbours, or you use SCC/DID to buff your totems so they're able to attack. Add some earthen ring farseer, darkscale healer, or the 0 drop to grant +2 max HP to all totems, it's scary how resilient he can become. I know that Rogue and Warlock have mostly shit class cards amongst the free stuff, and Mage is absurdly easy to play (and do well with) in comparison, but Shaman is so hard to wrestle board control away from, just because of all the healing he can get requiring you to stack on the cards. It's pretty hilarious. | ||
