100% of the books I've read on Kindle are books I've purchased off the Kindle store, so I know nothing about converting PDFs or any other e-reader format. I have a Nexus 4 smartphone and a powerful desktop computer, and I have a Macbook Air that I use if I travel, so technology-wise I had no need for a tablet and went with an e-reader. | ||

Looking at e-ink is much more comfortable than reading an LCD screen, mostly because the LCD screen feels like your eyes are being saturated with light like when you use your computer, TV, etc. | ||

That's crazy, you can see why they wouldn't have much of an incentive to innovate with a river of cash like pouring into their vaults every day.
