This might seem as backseat moderating and I apologize but I was wondering if the mods had a reason to not move the PX vs Roffles discussion over to this thread. I just now read up on it and it seemed like exactly the type of discussion that is supposed to go into this thread.
Maybe I am just bitter because I really feel like this thread doesn't need to exist but if the mods want things a certain way I feel like they should enforce it.
Edit: Well I know I am bitter about it but I feel my point still stands.

The discussion was shitty regardless and there was no reason to allow it anywhere except maybe as PMs between the two. Particularly when it got to the point where both of them started backseat moderating.

They were arguing over league specific posts. yeah it was getting personal but it wasn't off-topic just uncalled for. We're enjoying ourselves just fine in this pleasant thread

Sure. what help do you need? Also, you don't really need to think in competitive pokemon. Just practice predicting. Also, team building is important, but remember it's only 5-10% important. 90-95% of your competitive pokemon experience hinges on your ability to predict ^^

One reason why I'm averse to criticize other people's fitness programs is because they might find it fun even if it's "suboptimal." So... try everything. Go hiking, try weightlifting, join crossfit, pick up a martial art, learn swimming, pick up go-karting, try any of the DVD programs, look at hip-hop dancing, go rock climbing...
Is go-karting a valid form of training? :o

It just feels rather weak to open up both threads with the expectation that most off topic discussion will be discussed in this thread and then finding out that about 5 pages worth of it went on in the other thread (especially when you feel like I do in that this thread shouldn't exist in the first place).

Fuck I don't want to work tonight. Or tommorow, or Sunday or Monday. I want school to start again so I don't have to work (as much)

Yeah, they seem like they are going out of their way to make sure the game isn't too complicated, but it looks fun nonetheless.
Edit: Also this is only the first set of cards, it could easily get more complicated as they release future sets.

Hearthstone is to MtG as LoL is to Dota
I think the combat interactions in Hearthstone are pretty cool. Creatures can be used as removal. The mana curve is also interesting (5 mana for a doom blade).

Well yes but a moderator was certainly around or they wouldn't have been banned in the first place. I'll stop now because it is a rather small point that I am probably overreacting to but again again it just seems kind of weak ruleskeeping.

You can look up the mod that banned them and realize that they were not a LoL mod and therefore not necessarily familiar with the details of how Neo moderates the LoL forum.

F2P MtG would have had the potential to become insanely popular.

Then I guess the problem (if the mod deems there even is one) is to communicate how Neo would like that particular thread moderated?
