Are there any particular kinds of things I should be cooking? Long cooking times seems like you can't just cook regular stuff in them (bourguignon works I'm assuming?) And maybe I'm just old fashioned but leaving a pot on the stove for hours unattended, even if it's low heat, just seems like such a bad idea to me.
