Let's put it this way. I'm 5'11" ~155 lbs. My ex is 5'3" and probably close to what I weigh at this point (probably a little lighter). And it's all muscle. So to me, that's scary lol | ||

Long bodies generate better swing (basic physics). I've never been particularly strong, but my core strength and proper technique led me to All American on pommel horse. But yes, most gymnasts are stock and jacked. | ||
