Cold stuff get progressively worse after the first 5 minutes if its a mix of anything. 2. They skimp out on ingredients since there is huge waste in buffets they need to cut costs and in general it means shitty base ingredients. 3. The dishes get less well planned and and every element need to be made in large batches. 4. The dishes are almost always generic boring shit because buffets cater to generic boring shits. | ||
