Id say its getting a little late to buy an 07 if you are going to want to be keeping it for a while. ~42k km is insanely low for a car that old meaning it probably sat around a lot. but also may mean it was well taken care of by an old man. the Blue book is always going to be lower than you will get it for. that's basically what insurance uses to decide how much they should give people for wrecked cars if i understand it correctly and it doesnt take into consideration kms either i think. Look for similar cars on sale nation wide to use as a basis for your haggling. Look at other cars on sale for that price range. Something like auto trader is okay for browsing price ranges by makes and models. I'd say you need to do a lot of research to see what you can get for your money on a larger market as opposed to just a local one. it can be worth it to drive out to the country to buy a car often. You should always haggle with the used car salesman. A strategy to use would be to describe the car you want without knowing they have it there when you go in then when he recommends it to you say that's way more than you want to pay but you are willing to talk about it. back at his desk you will write down a way low ball number and see what he comes back with from his manager. when he comes back with something in the middle say that's still way more than you wanted to pay. once you have done this a few times till you are at a comfey number say you will pay that but they have to throw in something like oil changes/tires/etc. If its listed for 9k i'd expect to get that for ~8200 with 3 free oilchanges or something. they know they have to haggle. Don't be afraid to walk away you can always go back knowing what they are willing to go down to. or you can be a baller like soniv and buy a brand new car and make your internet friends internally jelly | ||

Also my internet is pretty good, generally if I'm getting problems with a streamer it's twitch's or the streamers end. Remember I'm the guy who downloaded gta5 off of steam on the afternoon it released and was playing it that evening. | ||
