My friend is probably currently masturbating at his desk atm at Winter Wyvern being added to Captains mode. And hohohaha has been nerfed, consensus is out, but probably still playable, but not completely fucking broken.
6.84 is Aghs upgrades for everyone, Lifestealer, Morphling, syllabear, naga, techies (upgrade changed), alchemist
League doesn't have these really fucking stupid patches where everything ends up hilariously broken.
It's too bad really, but if we don't celebrate our differences what kinds of monsters would we be?
Ugh, I hate Youtube comments. I've read far too many dumb statements based on whether or not Scarlett Johannson being cast as Mokoto Kusanagi is racist or not.

Its no more racist than anything else hollywood does I suppse (least this isn't the 30s were paul muni played a Chinese dude or the 50s where Marlon Brando played a mexican revolutionary, and lets not even mention breakfest at tiffany's). Frankly I'm just annoyed they turned it into a scarlett Johannson veichle in the first place

Let's keep those dumb comments out of here too, then.
I think that when it comes to discussions about things like racism, misogyny and other touchy subjects, people can occasionally lose a sense of perspective. I think in this particular case, even if you were to make the argument that casting Scarlett Johanson in that role is racist (which might be difficult enough already), I don't think anyone can argue that this really harmful to anybody. What I'd be more concerned about is whether Scarlett Johanson is fit for the role.
I'm also curious as how its going to work. Is the rest of the cast going to be asian or white, is it still set in japan etc? are they going to address the fact that she doesn't look japanese? I don't think casting her is racist though more of a reflection of the current state of hollywood and movies
I think this isn't that bad because it can be worked around. plus you kind of need a bankable star and she's like the only female action star I can think of.
I do think hollywood needs to do a better job developing actors who are different ethnicites but calling every movie racist doesn't solve anything. (although whether this is to be blamed on Hollywood or the consumer I'm not sure but I'd lean towards hollywood because I can't think of many movies trying to establish ethnic actors as stars)

I have never seen the hunger games movies. good point though.
theres not many people out there who they could actually cast for the role though and Scarlett Johannson just had a huge box office hit with Lucy despite it not getting that great reviews.
on a personal not I don't like Scarlett Johannson so I probably won't even see the movie but that's just me

I really should watch the GiTS movie though. EVERYBODY raves on about it.
Speaking of NBA, this is so disrespectful, but I can't help it after what Pierce/Wizards was unleashing on the Raptors.

the original movies good, a little weird but good. animations a little rough if we're talking the original and not 2.0 (although thats probably just because the style hasn't aged well).
the show was good. liked the second season more than the first, episodes were a bit hit or miss but overall really good.
Solid state society was okay, half of it felt like stuff i'd already seen before, i didn't think it made that much sense and the ending was kinda annoying. still decent though
arise is okay. only seen the first two and there a bit disappointing and more straightforward action but their not terrible. I don't like the animation style though. probably worth seeing.
it's all pretty decent cyberpunk but imo Billy idol's cyberpunk is the best cyberpunk. (i don't care if the man who invented cyberpunk said that album killed the cyberpunk movement once and for all, it's still a damn good album)

Are you prepared for the pain? :D
ps: Hollywood GitS is just going to suck dick anyway. It'll be a mindless action flick that completely shits on the original intent. So who cares if SJ is cast in it. At least we'll see her in more tight leather which will prob be the highlight of the movie.
The turning to face casting direction change looks like I couldn't cast stuff with Kaolin because I tend to mash and would issue commands while he's turning toward the remnant's drop location. That'll teach me! Edit: so jungle is nerfed and "passive disabling" seems nerfed a bit too (or is it simply clarified like they did with damage types?) and... wtf that Alchemist Scepter. Farm sidelanes for days to buy an effective 7th slot for your carries faster than they'd buy the scepter. Or not, the only important part is the "wtf" anyway.
The Octarine core made me laugh, after all the shit people gave LoL for cooldown reduction being available.

Excellent purchase.
I liked John Donne's poetry (side props to mewithoutYou). I wrote a paper on a poet for Brit Lit and I want to say it was Keats but by the time I turned it in I couldn't stand the guy or his poetry.
French onion soup is delicious but the provolone is so hard to eat...
