I think it's supposed to be now. Steam says coming soon.

General rule of thumb is relativity is for big things and quantum mechanics for tiny things. It's a bit more complicated than that but whatever. edit: On March 27 2015 01:19 JonGalt wrote: dafuq? 40 hours of lectures at uni?? I had between 12-15. Then again we did it a bit different with only 3 classes for half a semester and then another 3 classes for the second half of the semester. I was like never in class ever. It was great. So much time to just work at my own pace, or play mad video games. WPI ftw. Show nested quote + On March 26 2015 19:08 Scip wrote: Alright, if there's something I can do it's all nighters. Ah hell yea. Pester the shit out of those people. Get friendly with them , bring snacks and shit. Ask questions during lectures if it's that kind of lecture or if it's more a static one write down what worries you and then go to the lecturer during office hours to ask him about it. Most lecturers I find are willing to help if you go to them during the times they set so don't be afraid. Some nice lecturers do it even out of office hours but rather don't make that a habit. If someone is doing you a favour don't overdo it.

During my engineering degree I had up to 34 hours a week, including lectures, lab and, uh... lab-but-in-a-class-not-actual-practical-stuff. Dunno what name to use for that one. Still had to work some hours on top of it, but not too many. Maybe something like 35 total on average (since I was closer to 30 hours a week than 34)?

I had 25 hours of lectures and then about 12 hours of labs/tuts a week. Biology major. Maybe 22hours? I haven't really done the math. I think it was 4 classes. So that's 12 hours of just lectures. Then 2 labs (ochem, and bio), that's like 7 hours. Then 4 discussion courses, 4 hours. So 23? and we'd routinely have short ochem, bio labs, and some discussion courses were optional. So maybe like on average, 20 hours?
