He tried to keep going through his routine, but thankfully couldn't. He was out for a while after that one. A crunch? Holy shit, that's disgusting. He got up and walked away (but after being swarmed by our ATs, was quickly tossed on a gurney and brought to the hospital). He was competing in ECACs like 3 months later. One gymnastics practice is enough to see that the human body is insane. When I was in high school I was dating a girl on the gymnastics team and went to a meet of hers. It was horrifying. In high school, they were just "good" enough that they could do shit that would break them to pieces but still so mediocre at the sport overall that it appeared that they would not survive any jump. A particular offender was the vault; every time I saw a head miss it by millimeters my entire body clenched.

Pretty much all monitors are the same between the major brands (Dell, ASUS, Samsung). Even lower tier ones like AOC aren't that bad because they're all "good enough" and if you were looking for "phenomenal" you'd be in a different price bracket. Look for a monitor that fits your needs (matte vs glossy, how much do you care about a thick bezel, do you care about the defautl stand or VESA mounting, what inputs do you need) and don't worry so much about panel type. If you want to buy refurb, there are some excellent IPS panels in that range. There may also be some 23" ASUS IPS panels just hovering $150 Also butterfly #1 I did 100 fly in high school get all da ladies

Yeah, I've been using Dell box monitors forever and Laptop screens before that so I'm not really looking for super high-end monitors. I could probably find a good refurb on NewEgg or at the nearest Fry's or something, I bet. 100m Fly was horrid... 200 IM was my bane. I sucked at Fly and Back so I avoided that like the plague LOL
