In a couple more years you'll hear the dull thud of Partying, followed by True Love. A couple doors do open as others close, it's true, like Liquor Store replaced Innocence, but the amount of doors are finite, and for every one that opens, several more grind slowly, inexorably, shut. Happy birthday, son! True love is forever. Osmoses, I am disappoint. Speaking of that, have you put a ring on her yet? ![]() lol she'd strangle me if I did. we both consider ourselves 2 young (and cautious) for such shenanigans

Although there are just two problems: 1) It's expensive! Well it's not that bad if you know where to look. But still I'd be buying from scratch. But most importantly, 2) You're in the states! I live in a far away place where people ride polar bears to work! It'd be hard to arrange a tabletop game don't you think? So the best advice I can give is, Sincerely, Frudgey

I'm a better 'athlete' closing on on my 28th birthday than I was when I actually played d1 ball, but I now showcase my skills in random flag football leagues(although one of them does have a ton of ex-college players and some former pros), so where does that rank on 'being an athlete.' I know this personal anecdote doesn't disagree with his statement because I dedicated myself early(although not nearly as early as one might think), but I know plenty of dudes that I play pickup ball or some other random sport with that weren't athletes growing up and decided they wanted to change their lifestyle as they aged, and being in your late 20s is hardly some magical wall where you can't sack up and get in pretty phenomenal shape.

I hate groups/events that advertise for "young people" and 30 year olds show up. Yesterday I was noticing how my parents don't look like they're over 50, and that despite being half the way over there I only really have a bunch of memories from the last 7-8 years and it's been a pretty long time, so triple that may very well be much longer than it seems... Then that. Y'all go diaf. >.>
