EW isn't that great compared to Shivering Isles.

Just realized I have Sonic DX on Steam. Haven't played this game in years. Streaming it immediately.

Guess that all depends on whether people consider an expansion as DLC or not.

Twitch.tv/ghandieagle If it isn't Sonic 06 so I can hear you trash the game, don't care.

I started working out again for the first time after getting married + Show Spoiler + and I went from 3x15 pullups and squatting 2 plates to 5x3 pullups and barely squatting 1 plate.
I'm also completely exhausted despite doing basically diddly.
Thinking about compensating while my body gets used to it by taking straight caffeine, since all preworkout mix effectiveness comes from caffeine. Am I going to end up killing my kidneys by doing so? I don't drink coffee at all so 25mg before a workout shouldn't be that bad in the global lifetime caffeine saturation scale right?

Wow I did not last long at all with that game.
I remember it being way better LOL

Welp, the world just died in Xcom. time to start over. lol Long war hard war.

I use to take creatine when I was big into working out and you just gotta make sure you are drinking a shit ton of water to help your kidneys out. I switched to caffeine pills/weight loss pills (basically the same thing) and started to use those instead. It is a lot of help some days when you are feeling tired and don't really want to work out.
If you are starting to work out after not touching weights for a very long time, it's better to check your ego at the door for the first few weeks and start at extremely low weight and slowly build back up even if it feels too easy. You will notice that as you get closer to your old maxes you will feel a lot smoother and actually surpass them rather than trying to rush it back to your max weight and struggling/ hurting yourself. (Been there done that)
Edit: best move is focusing on form and clean sets rather than doing them sloppy and just getting by. Nothing is more cringe worthy than individuals at the gym doing deadlifts/squats at heavy weight and it looks like their backs are going to collapse/crumble under the wrong form.

Your body doesn't keep a tally on how much caffeine you intake forever. Caffeine binds to a receptor normally occupied by something that helps you sleep, then after some boring sciency stuff, ends in the constriction of blood vessels in your brain(not as bad as it sounds, this is what makes it aid headaches) and the release of adrenaline. Too much caffeine can cause physical addiction because of the effect on the receptors(and what they're intended to bind to) and how your body adapts to that, but that requires long term use of high amounts of caffeine(like, hundreds of milligrams a day every day). None of this is permanent, it just involves various levels of 'oh god I hate my life' to detox, the most common of which is some pretty bad headaches for the mildly caffeine addicted.
Your kidneys will be fine.
Getting back into lifting is actually way easier than getting into it the first time(assuming you haven't taken like a decade off). The mechanisms behind this aren't perfectly studied/known, but it involves the neural processes and how they have a sort of permanence, which makes rebuilding the cells in a motor unit far easier than building them to begin with. It's why athletes can take months and months off for major injuries/surgery and be ready for the next season at or better than 100%. I have some personal anecdotes about this as well, having gone through some serious injuries, and a couple pockets of incredible laziness where I decided I didn't want to do any activity at all(or at least, it was very high on the list of things I was willing to give up to free up some extra time).

I was mildly caffeine addicted for a while. Shit sucked.
It also doesn't hurt that athletes already have the drive, dedication, and resources to bulk fast.

Just watched my brother play a game of Smite. Here's what I got out of it:
THE MIGHTY THOR! (Although I was told that it's not Thor who says that, and that he's not saying that at all)
Agni is the unholy spawn of Kog'Maw and Brand and looks OP as all hell.
Arena mode is like Dominion sorta except you have to kill giant boxes every so often.

I'm going to work, Tasking my team at the 8 am meeting, then coming home and going to bed. I think I have conflu or something.

Isn't it something like 1 plate = 60kg, 2 plates = 100 kg? That's almost as much as I weight, and I already feel weak because I can't reach 10 push-ups if I do any other exercise before or because reps lifting 5kg (~12 pounds?) with one arm tires me fast. :|

Routine is key buddy. Do those 10 pushups every day and it'll start becoming easy pretty fast.
