American football is the biggest sport here though, if you go by how much money is being made.

After I manip his Baron Geddon he top decks a rocketeer to kill it immediatly. He also had Blizzard to stall some more, a 4th mirror entity, and 2 top deck taunts. x_x Mage is cancerous. I managed to win in the end though, because I put damage in early, before the mirror entities started the stalling, so he had to defend while I armored up. 0K not as cancerous as druids. 0K, not as cancerous as going 4-3 because the last 6 games had someone with multiple rares and a goddamn legendary in their decks. Fuck you, RNG. Seriously.

Convoluted, action-less, long periods of nothing, very little interaction between the teams, close to no teamplay. My main complaint about basketball is there are too many scores, which dilutes the excitement, versus hockey or football where there's only a handful of scores per game. Soccer has the opposite problem where there's no scoring chances in an hour of play. When I watch basketball I feel like nobody is even tryharding because they're just casually jogging half the time. Versus hockey or football where shifts/long breaks between downs let players go ham all the time.

Which is kind of exciting news. I'm curious as to what the rules changes will include. There seems to be a bit of talk about Psyker powers getting their own phase, Overwatch not being as powerful (which is pretty big whether you're a fan or a hater), and possible buffs to assault in general (which is good because Assault is cool). But the real question is will we get plastic Elysian Drop Troops and Death Korp of Krieg? On April 29 2014 04:23 Requizen wrote: The rumor (keep in mind, everything is rumors right now) is that you'll need to make an Initiative test to be able to Overwatch. Which is potentially devastating, since a lot of shooting units have low Initiatives, and the units with high initiative are assault-oriented and don't particularly care about getting charged anyway. That sounds really swingy. Surely there's some nice middle ground where Assault and Shooting both work.

You could just as well have the two teams jog around for half an hour and then put them in the court for a 10 minute sprint game and you'd have the same level of excitement.

Baseball has a large generation gap, due to the low action nature of it and more drawn out pacing. Basketball is ripe with issues that outright stops entire cities from watching their team. Hockey is only "popular" among the masses during playoffs(at which point it's viewership still gets owned by league for finals.) Nobody gives a fuck about Soccer except imigrants, mothers, and wannabe-euro hipsters.

You don't even need a ball, just use someone else's. You can play any combination up to 5v5 and you don't even need the full court. American football is the biggest sport here though, if you go by how much money is being made. You basically just describe why soccer is so popular worldwide. You need even less equipment. Just a ball and something to set up as a goal. My biggest problem with the NBA is the lack of offense rebounds. It feels like they don't conteat at all, no boxing put or anything. That's why I prefer NCAA. They aren't as good but they try harder.
