Apparently I should have drilled a hole through my nail to relieve the pressure immediately. That was fun the week after.

My nail bed is in decent shape, but the entire nail+matrix pretty much came off except for some dangly threads connecting it. Called up the family doctor and I just have to keep it bandaged and wait for the nail to fall off. New one will grow in place of that one.

I meant my nails have thus far survived lol I have nowhere to play frisbee this year, I'm really sad. I could find pickup groups I guess, but not playing with friends sucks

I don't know about frisbee, but volleyball is very much like this. When my brother first got into it him and one friend just started visiting random courts during the summer and were welcomed like they were just members of the group on day 1 with few exceptions. This goes double for any of the courts that were attached to bars and had Friday night drinking leagues(not sure that could apply to frisbee directly, but I bet there are pickup leagues where everyone goes to drink after, something that is common in the flag football leagues I play in, and one of those is ridiculously competitive). TLDR: got meet new friends.
