Top Picks: Trigun/Trigun Maximum, Negima/UQ Holder
Classics: Hellsing, Attack on Titan, Deadman Wonderland, Rurouni Kenshin, Chrono Crusade (not about the game), Soul Cartel, Akira, Psyren, Pokemon Adventures
A little more obscure but not really: Gantz, D Gray Man, Zetman, Medaka Box, Oh, My God!, God of High School
Not purely action but action-y and worth reading: FMA, Assassination Classroom, The Gamer, A Certain Magical Index, Full Metal Panic, Mirai Nikki, Angel Densetsu, Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer
Those are my usual suspects, off the top of my head. I really need to start keeping a list as these sorts of conversations seem to be getting more common. Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer may not be as action heavy as you'd like, but it's great on the character front.

Requizen!
Is there any manga that you know of that is similar to Bobobo-Bobo-Bobo? That stuff is easily in my top 3 personal manga. (Admittedly the list of manga that I've read is tiny) Can you recommend me anything, oh glorious Requizen?
I never read Bobobo-Bobo-Bobo, but it's kinda trippy action stuff, right? You could try JoJo's Bizzare Adventure, or maybe Gintama. Um... maybe Yankee-Kun to Megane-Chan or Medaka Box might fit too. Without having read it I dunno how to recommend haha.

No I meant the game MB linked. I guess I should have clarified the end of one thought and the beginning of another. They are technically separate paragraphs.

Gantz, Veritas and GoH all start out pretty good but they turn to shit.
My all time favourites are Holyland, One punch man, Dr.Frost, ToG and Blood and Steel.
Kingdom, 1/2 prince, Kubera, DICE: The Cube that Changes Everything are all worth checking out.

Well at least you tried!
I don't really know how to describe it though. And I don't know if there is anything like Bobobo because, well it's... unique.
I think it's labelled as a comedy but I'm not really sure. If I recall correctly, it was full of puns in its Japanese form, but all of the puns got lost in translation so the English version doesn't make much sense. Of course, it not making any sense is why I like it so much.

Yeah, I gave up on GoH after everyone turned into wizards and they blew up a city. The start was cool because they actually focused on semi-realistic fights and stuff.
I saw Gantz through til the end. I don't know at what point I started hating it, but I definitely hated it at the end. The last chapter is stupid as fuck. Still a cool idea at the beginning, though.
The last arch is the only thing that is really really bad in 1/2 prince before that its mediocre, Gantz went on forever and got worse and worse.
I used to finish a lot of manga for whatever reason, now i drop them if i lose interest. Still can't believe I finish Gantz, Air Gear and Cage of Eden.
Gantz was painful. They had one of the greatest setups I've ever seen in any form of literature. They could do anything they wanted and make it suspenseful, bring in new characters whenever they wanted and keep you wondering if your favorite would go away or be replaced by someone else. The weapons and monsters could change continuously, having the action be fresh all the time. And then they said "fuck it"

The art was good and idea was good but the characters and story was always bad.
