Just have to wait a few years until a mod comes out and makes everything better again. Character balance is always really hard when you have one shot and the best players aren't there to both get used it and push it to the highest level.
Unless it's already good and doesn't feel... I guess slow? Not quite sure how to describe the feeling.

I got an xbox controller to play dark souls
turns out i got a crappy chinese knockoff
the wiring is switched around, so that when I press x, it thinks I've pressed b, and when I press b it reads y, and y is mapped to x.
FURTHERMORE, the start button is mapped to the click function on the right control stick
it makes playing an interesting experience to say the least

I actually have no school next week, so assuming my guy isn't still sick and I don't pull him from daycare to hang for a few of those days, I'll do this. Been meaning to try and tackle some of these games for some time now; this'll be good motivation.
