So in my Arena draft I had choice between Bloodsail Corsair, Alarm-o-Bot and Savagery (with no Claw in my deck). So I took the bot. My turn 1 draw vs mage: Innervate, Alarm-o-Bot, Boulderfist Ogre, Spiteful Smith. I only got the Smith but still pretty hilarious. | ||

From what I can tell it's a FPS with dynamic/smooth movement, with mech's that you can control, and there's extensive usage of AI enemies/teammates in multiplayer game; anything I'm missing out on? | ||

Watching some of the stream, interesting idea to use a lot of AI in a game, similar to minions in LoL and Dota, Also seems to market to major casuals, cuz it makes them feel good for killing AI. But the problem is the game is a bit too fast paced, it doesn't create any strategic map control/points despite the usage of AI. | ||

The hype might not be the same but "nobody giving it a second look" is a laughable statement. Being the first game West and Zampella put out after leaving Infinity Ward would have still drew massive hype. They changed the FPS genre with CoD 4 so there would have been colossal expectations for Titanfall regardless. | ||
