So what does he pick? Veigar. Our third pick picks Irelia to "counter garen" (and proceeds to feed him), and our fifth pick? Seeing the two solos, he picks the only champion appropriate for the situation: Mordekaiser. Good thing I was well above gold and this game was actually +37 Elo relative to the decay I was about to get! What kind of warped mind thinks Veigar = Good, Soraka = Bad? | ||

Tristana leaves while level 3 (so about ~4 minutes in). Managed to kill Morde and let Noc at 50hp after a gank/dive on my turret, Malphite comes to cover, the other 2 arrive and I have to give up the tower as nobody moves to help (bot lane were 2v1 vs Ashe and pushed instead of helping at least a bit or gank mid). While I go back and heal they put my second tower at like 500hp before I come back. Later on I manage a get a perfect ult on all foes present (as Galio)... they focus Malphite. During the last fight before we finally surrender I managed to catch them all again, including a ~40% Malz (which prompted the rush in/ult). Not even one tried to get him, and they focused different targets. I hope this just served as a deterrent and not a taste of what's waiting for me. T_T | ||

T_T First thing to learn about solo q, play champions that can get kills and dominate. At least up to 1600s. Galio is fine later on in "higher" elo brackets but when you just start out, your team is going to be pretty horrendous. You can land perfect Galio ultis every team fight but still lose because your team doesn't understand what focus fire is. Play some sort of carry. Feed off of the enemy's weakest player. Gain elo. | ||
