Serral was losing to Clem a lot 2-3 years ago, then he re-invented his own ZvT specifically against Clem, by mixing in Roach opening, Queen drop and more all-in. But after having some good success, Clem "figured" him out again by countering the Roach style, and Clem developed his own lategame even better.

Every set was a pretty decent, close game of StarCraft minus maybe one. There are some sweeps where nearly every set is just a massacre.
Rogue and Dark in GSL finals still haunt me as a Trap fan.
Although it didn’t happen ultimately, until Serral hit that final GG, I could still conceive of a world where he crawled his way back in. Maybe he finds yet another gear, from a spot of (almost) keeping pace. Maybe Clem’s nerves start to hit when he’s on match point, that kinda thing. Serral was the worse player, but close enough to have it be conceivable.

GJ Clem, amazing play.
But Ghosts are problematic to balance. They are bad for almost all terrans in the world, but for those few who have AI like control - they is no counter.
I think the best idea would be to put hard limit of how many ghosts can be made at once, say 10 most. Another idea would be to lower their base attack, but buff survivability vs banes. It would help regular players, but then some units would start to counter them more (e.g. lings).

You did read that i don’t think Serral would have won even if at peak? He in the army, he is not full-time at the moment. To make it clear to you: Serral lost because Clem was much better. Please read the whole post.
