One easy fix is simply change ghost emp. Protoss shield will never get below 30% due to emp will make it game more balance. | ||

I think at launch less so but eventually the Oracle became a great unit, lots of utility, isn’t the kind of caster you really want to mass. Ravager fills some holes that needed filling. Protoss needed a third AoE option although I do get some of the criticism the disrupter gets. | ||
