What an awful match is ZvZ.
Age of empires 2 with more viewers than StarCraft btw.

These matches are fun, but i do miss the roach meta, where it was less about luck.

There you are. It wouldn't have counted if Serral had won. It does count because Maru won.
It's fine if you or Die4Ever want to believe that, I don't care about this nonsense at all, I mostly care about Protoss nonsense. But don't pretend it's some objective principled perspective.

Stop arguing LMAO, let's just wait till IEM Katowice to see who can come up with more dumbass arguments for whoever lost to whoever in the offline tournament

I know you enjoy Serral loosing, but please try not to turn everything into a balance whine. But when Clem was beating the shit out of Serral in EU scence, it was not about the mines, it was about Clem being the best Terran in the world. Not really sure, what you are trying to say? When Serral loses to the best Terran to ever touch this game its lag and cross server play being unfair due to mines. When he loses to Clem and Reynor its because they're the Flash and Jaedong of SC2. its' foreigner fanboys bias. don't forget they said clem is best tvz, then dark recently absolutely smashed clem. He put forward a pretty good case. If it wasn’t Clem, it was Maru and not by any huge margin. And only talking his vZ, he’s clearly not quite at the same level in the other two.
Not sure what people are saying elsewhere but TLers aren’t going around saying Clem and Reynor are Flash and Jaedong equivalents or all these things you’re claiming man.

Yeah I'm not sure you can say Maru is "clearly" better than Clem at tvz when they both got smashed by Rogue and both completely destroyed Serral

Production rigging the bracket every time in favor of Serral but even with that he still lost

LMAO we are very close to getting the same result as in GSL in the same fashion Rogue goes up 2:0 Dark catches up 2:0 Rogue denies the reverse sweep and wins game 5.

not like the other side complains any less. I hear somewhat frequently that Clem does worse against korean Zergs because of ping All of these excuses and accusations started my me stating that Maru was better and Serral is not good against mines. And now we are back in the timezone - lagg - any other excuse- circle. I don't agree with any statements but saying serral is not good against mine doesn't imply these are op. Like I get it, you have a very strong identification to koreans so you worship them but don't be too toxic about it, we already got the kpop stans. I CLEARLY stated that its OP AGAINST SERRAL, aka he is weak against it, isnt that what you mean? And I dont have a problem if thats your opinion, doesnt mean I agree with it it. But stop accusing me being toxic for trying to re-phrase your own point. In anycase, this win shows that Maru can actually beat Serral because it was quite lopsided since that WESG back in 2018. Hope that it gives Maru for confidence in the future, because before this series start, I personally feel that Maru can beat anybody in SC2 other than Serral despite I am a fan of Maru.

I wouldn't mind. It's just as entertaining as old Serral vs. Reynor, except with a bunch of short games rather than long epic games haha
