I've just realised how glad I am Rogue dosen't play protoss.
He would be such a bullshit player.

really good series, and Lambo casting was a treat throughout. Rogue looks fantastic ^^

How do you think Maru-Rogue shapes out?

Just realized that unless someone goes super-saiyan that the earlier the $1M race will be won by whoever wins IEM Katowice. If any of Dark, Maru, Rogue, or Serral wins, anyway.
Also it could be broken simultaneously then by two players.

I don't expect Rogue to be able to bust through Maru every time with roach ravager floods, so I think it would be a closer series - don't get me wrong, it would probably involve quite a few roaches, but I expect Maru to hold them more often and to maybe have some builds to disrupt Rogue's flow. Nevertheless, if I had to predict, I'd go for Rogue again.

I'm feeling a Maru 4-2 in the finals.
Just feels like his tournament after that takedown of Serral.

This isn't going to be the fairytale run is it

Damn, how did it slip out of Giant Gabe's hands like this? It looked pretty good despite a lousy start.

They're matches played with cross server lag and across timezones. yea I mean across timezones is a much bigger issue when it's 5am in korea, obviously when it's 10pm in korea it isn't such a big deal So you arbitrarily decide whether or not to count matches played with cross server lag and across timezones after you know the results. lol it's not arbitrary and it's not after the fact, I never thought the online Dreamhacks were particularly fair and I'm not the only one, I'm not gonna sit here and pretend that making competitors play at 5am is cool It's not after the fact? Then why were you already preparing to excuse Maru's loss before the game? are you saying you think Serral got the harder side of the bracket? because I haven't changed my mind on that, this top side of the bracket is stacked Childishly dishonest. literally every player in the top half of the bracket had won their most recent match vs Serral, literally every player in the bottom half of the bracket had lost their most recent match vs Serral I think it was a pretty lucky draw for him that didn't pan out in his favor What does Serral's bracket have to do with you not counting matches played with cross-server lag and across timezones, specifically Maru's match in this tournament, except that he won so now it counts? he won with a disadvantage which makes it even more impressive. Maru>>>Serral
What exactly was this disadvantage? I can get behind that it's taxing playing at 5am, but at 1am? C'mon that's ridiculous. Most nerds play at their best at 1am

omg that interference matrix lol
