Have you looked at the racial distribution in the last tournaments?
Protoss have needed buffs for almost one year and ZvP is still not balanced but Terrans seem to have the upper hand against Zerg or, at least, are easily capable of holding their own.

I'll throw in some bait and say that Korean Zerg won the most when their race was op, while now that it isn't they are struggling.
