Group C is the only group that is filled with Code S players from some recent point technically, so that should count for something lol

He made it to Ro16 before he was even eligible to compete at WCS back in 2018 and obviously improved a lot since then

I cannot see how you can bring the point with either INno or Cure. However, the problem of TY's group is that besides him the rest is lower tier compared with the rest of the groups. Whereas Maru's group even if you dont count him you have top1 EU, Top1 Latam + Code S ro16 player and Top2 NA. Which makes his group overall stronger.
