I always thought the two things foreigners lagged most behind in was stage experience and mind games. Both of which were solved by the circuit. The full foreigner meme died out almost entirely because of it. Even at Blizzcon or Katowice, foreigners lost because they didn't play as well. Not because they threw in full foreigner fashion
