Have they mentioned the 13/12 yet?

I basically agree with the fact that the Korean trained foreigners do well and play well, but that has always been the case. It's been the guys who went over for six months who were dangerous to Koreans.

foreigners became more confident and got ride of their non koreans complex, back in the days some top foreigners just collapsed at one point for obvious reasons

It was mostly Stats fucking up the storms in games 1 and 2 and then waking up for the rest of the games. It was close but it wasn't back and forth like here ok ! should we be allowed to think that the gap is sort of narrowing though ? In past days, you'd never get so many close 3-2 series (Special, ShoWTime, Neeb), not to mention Neeb vs sOs... Of course going full foreigner in the last game seems to still be a thing though. I think it always has been around the same the gap that is except in the very early Steph & Nani period nah 2014-15 the gap was so giant we saw players like Keen who were trash in korea come over and rek every foreigner. that's true, foreigners lost all hope (and money) that period but this 2 foreigners doing well but drop out anyway is nothing new Not nearly this close with this many players. Two years ago Nerchio would have been wrecked early game 4 vs Dark and not go toe to toe multitasking, and he would have thrown game 3 later on in full foreigner style. A foreign performance like this would have been historical a couple years ago, but now it's great, but not entirely unexpected I watched the game from the beginning. There was a dip in foreigner performance, in part due to the WCS system but there have always been foreigners who could beat Koreans

It's both, but I think the bigger thing is the foreign scene getting better. Maybe you don't remember all sorts of games where Foreigners threw hard once they had any sort of lead and made really stupid mistakes. Or how low tier Koreans were unstoppable or how foreigners crumbled once the pressure was on, unlike Neeb even down 0-2. Or even how only one or two foreigners ever could even compete with mid tier Koreans and now we have like 6 or 7
