Not sure that the comment would breach any broadcast rules... plus it's late at night. UK broadcast rules would include things like rude language before 9pm and certain types of sexual content, etc. Saying "Scarlett is a man" would be unlikely to qualify for a breach of broadcast rules anywhere ever since it's a rather broad comment that they could argue has multiple meanings, and doesn't contain any directly offensive language to the general population. The comment is offensive, but not breach of broadcast rules offensive. | ||
