I had a dream that Jaime Lannister advanced through that group.

Reality is almost as fun.

Another tournament, another laughable performance by Flash. Can we finally admit that his invite to this was pointless? Life should have been invited and its a travesty that flash comes out of this with any wcs 2015 points.

Was it before hand accident or after? Cause if before, I would not be more surprised.

Won IEM toronto, then crashed out code S. Its like bomber's law only with bigger successes.

SC2 Flash's Law: For every great success Flash has, it will be immediately followed up by a severly disappointing result.

What is with this absurd fascination with results? Flash played a great TvP series, an unfortunate TvZ series that could have and does occasionally happen to every Terran under the sun, and a fantastic TvT that he happened to lose because there can't be two winners. Just because he lost doesn't mean he played poorly. FFS.

Warning pls

For the true words I need a warning? :D

Are you implying Soulkey, MarineKing, sKyHigh and INnoVation are bad? Lol

Nop, implying only MK and skyhigh, and partially Soulkey due to his recent results.

If they're "bad" then why/how did they qualify and advance?

Once a year some "random" guy qualified and u automatically call him as a good player? Strange french terms I feel :D

Waah, powerful combo of superb disdain + classy nation joke.

2-0 Seed
2-1 Reality
2-0 Maru
2-1 ByuL
0-2 Soulkey
2-1 Classic
2-0 Flash

Don't you think the list is starting to be a bit long for a "bad player having a random fluke" ... ?

Any achievements in sc2 this year he got? Any prizes?

Lol dude, seriously. Do you know the record of one of the best players of 2014? It's that (forgetting the MLG invitational, it wasn't relevant for this list):

Well it really bugs me too much, I'm gonna try to find time to analyse success rate of players the week after they got 1st or 2nd place in a foreign tournament, cause really I think it has been very low since I follow sc 2 (begining of 2012).

Going to europe, playing all weekend long, coming back to Korea playing 3 days after is really a challenge and Parting is not safe at all for tomorow's group...

Unless PartinG's PvP is going to be worse than death tomorrow, he should advance with ease.
I'm more inclined to say that Zest isn't going to advance but we'll see.

Bomber won the seasonal global finals of WCS last year, Flash has nothing, that is a bigger success than that (SC2-related, that is ofc, otherwise he surely has).

Laughable is a bit harsh. He still defeated GSL champion and BC/Kespa-cup-semifinalist Classic, sure he can't furfill the expectations of his hype-train, but that train is pretty big. Also I don't think, that he gets any WCS points, since he was a direct invite and didn't advance a round. sOs had a cimilar performance in the groups of RBBG Washington last year and didn't get points, so Flash probably doesn't get points now either.

Liquipedia says 125 points for not doing anything (oh sorry, beating classic!). It seems really unfair that he gets 125 points for essentially a popularity contest. But I guess it doesn't matter. Its not going to be enough to get him into Blizconn 2015.
