You cant be serious?
There is a small difference between having a power outage and not getting a computer game to work.
Its not like Super Bowl can protect themselves against earthquakes, tornados or alien attacks either.
But I am quite sure they wont need to cut their production every 8 minutes due to techincal issuses.

We are at the Football World finals. It should Start at 21:00, but after the Countdown after the match before, we get another countdown for even more downtime. Finally, the match Starts with 40 delay. The game time clock in the Stadium is going wrong. It has always been like that, but New viewers are confused. A slow Start and suddenly - score Screen. Technical difficulties just like yesterday. The players are annoyed but have to sit tight. The light goes out in the Stadium. Power outage, that can happens you know. Continuing the game from really where ever one stood takes a while. The Balls are missing, suddenly the goalkeepers shoe laces are gone. Meanwhile the fifa Shows videos that Show possible New Ball Designs, completely irrelevant to the matches. Downtime triples the play time already...
