I think Zest and soO are on the same level, now Inno seems to be a harder opponent than San, but Life crushed San so hard and San has such sick PvZ stats, that I see their runs as even thus far.
I would say that SoO is harder to beat when it's not a finals.

Taeja's TvP is very good. He's one of the few terrans willing and able to play late game TvP. Though from some reason he keeps losing to pigbaby.

Taeja was better at dealing with downtime. I'd argue that he had stronger mental fortitude and focus than Inno did.
