Woah are you sure you should have Zerg flair?

I play a lot of terran, a bit more zerg then I play terran, and 0 protoss.

They are. It does seem like so many people forget he's made 3 GSL finals back-to-back

side note :

why people don't see how hard it is to get back to back victories with the competition there currently in sc2?

don't they see how fantastic it would have been to win IEM Toronto and qualify in GSL round of 8 like 5 days later?

and don't they see how exceptionnal of an achievement it is to actually win something in sc2 after being a broodwar veteran for so long (flash won his first OSL in f'ing 2008!!!) ?

do they just shout "bonjwa" when flash wins and "ded gaem" when he looses without thinking any further?

Sometimes sc2 community just sounds nuts

(sorry for all the sensible post in this thread, so so many are plain idiotic that it makes me loose my mind)

I understand the dissapointment when a super-hyped and wildly popular player is knocked out earlier than expected, but it is a bit weird to see some people hang their entire interest in the game on a single player.

I am so hyped. DongRaeGu is going to do what no SC2 has been able to do. He is going to TURN BACK TIME and once again become a GSL Champion. He's going to prove that nothing is impossible.

Sure, it's not as cool as if Mvp had done it, but this has got to be the second best thing.

Mvp did do it.

Eh, this is a 2 year gap though. Mvp was still only months away from his prime, and was just being doubted really hard.

Hm yeah you're correct, thought it was longer than that!

Widow mines are often outside the control of the player. Flash likes control (although ironically enough he didn't attempt ANY control tonight ahaha). The reason SCBW is awesome is because EVERY mechanic was in control of the player. Widow mine is too volatile to be considered effective in my book.

Innovation and flash have shown that with enough micro you can effectively target widowmines.

Speaking of which, wtf was that control? Some players in 2011 split better than that.

It does seem like losing to soO is a curse in itself as no one has really looked as good as they did before after beating him in the finals.

True but the cooldown period means that one slip of the micro and your widow mine is as good as dead, a wasted unit (cough Flash split your forces, that was a bigger waste!)

We all know exactly what happened. The pressure Flash feels whenever he performs in the GSL has not gone away yet. Not to mention winning IEM Toronto means people's expectations of him went up by like 100x.

Spider mines were hit or miss as well. They were cheaper though
