When Seed was in his Prime, there was this funny trend from Symbol onwards to like 6 other players after Seed beat them, went on massive slumps.

i'm so happy for dear that he seems to finally get rid off the extremely negative influence that mouz had over him. hopefully he gets out of this group.

He's the better player, which is why it was so hard to see him have that dip while at mouz shortly after Soul disbanded. But the Dear we saw win GSL, WCS Season 3 finals and then put up a good performance at BlizzCon was a world beater.

Remember me never betting for PartinG again >_> Don't understand how ppl can say he is the best player right now.

Interesting. This is the first I have seen ads on any stream in ages. Is GOM actually playing ads inline with the stream? I like this way a lot better than the game interruptions for ads. This is also the first time I have seen GOM in a long time. Has this been going on for a long time?

PL has been doing this for a while now. GOM also did it but to a lesser degree. Pretty awesome though, and much less intrusive than twitch ads!

hm, not talking about how it's basically two different maps depending on the spawn positions? I am disappointed by this map talk so far

Idk, comparing Dear at his peak with Parting right now is kinda weird, and if you talk about parting at his peak in 2012 he was doing amazingly too.
I'm not much of a Parting fan, however I don't think you can clearly say who is the better player overall, Parting has been waaay more consistent (however he didn't get fucked over by his team like Dear did).
What you can say is that RIGHT NOW Dear is playing the better StarCraft of the two, however I wouldn't judge a player by short term performance.

We shouldn't get too carried on, as far as we know Dear can still be eliminated. But I agree, saying Dear was not a true world class player (and I heard it when he was on his tear, "patchtoss" or "lucky abuser" -he never abused anything) was so dumb it set my teeth on edge.

Thats what I mean. He was obviously skilled and not a one hit wonder. Hell in his slump he still got ro16 and put up a great fight in the group of death
