VortiX and Nerchio both easily better than Kane. I'd put 2 of them together with Snute as the most consistent foreign Zergs atm.

Not right now they aren't. Kane's results lately have been better than either of those two. If we're talking historically, Scarlett is miles ahead of everyone else.

Nowai. Nerchio Dreamhack champ. Scarlett NA champ.

True, but Stephano beats everyone anyway. I don't even remember who played in the DH Nerchio won so I won't make any assumptions about how much it means.

It was the worst DreamHack ever. I watched half a game (the last one) and spent most of the weekend watching the Iron Squid 2 qualifiers which were way more interesting. I mean, StarNaN was in the semifinals of DH. :/

I'll just never understand why Zergs delay their bane nest so much.

He's in Europe (and plays on the EU ladder currently).

Wait JD is playing Korea to EU? Then he pretty much has no chance, it's almost unplayable.

There's no need to tell that to me of all people. I'm just saying, the player roster at the 2010 Winter event was significantly worse than the 2012 Bucharest one.

The official tournament server is EU, so if Happy wants to play on EU, EU gets played. The connection from eastern Europe to NA is quite bad as well, I remember NightEnD saying, that NA-Korea is far better than NA-Romania.

As far as i know the default server is EU. However if both players agree the match can be played on US. Maybe Happy said "no" or JD didn't asked.

it seems like it is his right and that's probably why they play on eu. else an admin would step in

That's strange I've played numerous different games on NA servers in the past and the lag was rarely as bad as you say. :s

Happy lives in Russia. The ping to US is not the same as the other european countries. In a korean vs russian match is inevitable that one of the two player will be in a disadvantage by the ping i guess..
