Yeah, I mean that playing the games on the original date regardless is better for the players and the administration (no need to reschedule) but it's probably worse for the product as casting from replays is frowned upon...

At the moment yes that war will proceed as planned, however I am waiting on dates for hospital appointments and I have to take the first one that's available, so if it clashes with a Clan War then that'll have to be cancelled
