The # of matches is capped, you have to lose twice, give some relief for cases where top two player are matched together. However, it doesn't always work out as beautifully because better player doesn't always win, though same thing apply to round robin. Round robin is not necessarily better at finding out who is the best player in the group are, it just give the impression of such because more games are played. | ||
