Yeah, Stephano never single-handedly changed the entire metagame or anything...

I feel Firecake stays on roaches to long, those things are junk later in the game with no additional units

Anyone else got this bad feeling that Kas is gonna lose to cheese in the final matches despite completely owning Stardust the first time?

Pretty much describes the biggest problem with GSL style groups

Didnt stardust forget about wg research in a dreamhack game as well? He seems late with it again.

Funny.

And Stephano himself brought a certain flair just by having a sick star sense and a beautiful sense of engagements. But remove all that and all you got is three bases and roaches into more bases and infestors with the roaches.

To avoid that you'd need extended series or round robin groups, both of which have their own problems. There's no perfect group system but GSL style does a good job.

Round robin gives everyone the same chances to advance while GSL groups are biased towards the starting matchups.
But I wont get into this now, because most people are so horribly biased towards GSL groups and I dont have the patience for that
