At least Avenge got me one win. D: Not a lot of points on the line for me this match regardless, but was hoping for a bit stronger streak from the ST ace of last season.

Well the parallels are that both MMA and Life made huge meteoric rises. They both won ALOT relative to their time at top. They were both top world class players. Both fell off the map for some reason. So far no Protoss player has match. MC won alot and fell off but came back. Seed didn't spend much time at top and didn't win a ton.

oh god yes. I thought that series was very underrated, but there were times where I had no idea wtf to do (especially in 2). It's like a cross between Zelda and Final Fantasy but not as good as either.

Because terran has nothing to look forward to by making the game last longer. The tech tree ends at hellbats and protoss gains too many ways(in large quantities) to make your life hell.
i like Khaldor but i think it's kinda ridiulous when he gets so angry at a player choice and talks like he knows more about the current shape of these players than the teams and their coaches themselves

SC2 is also volatile as fuck. Any player can beat anyone else.
At the Korean pro level, pretty much yeah. What matters most is winning big tournaments, losing here and there is going to happen to every player. It's a bit lame for the mystique of the champion to go away so quickly but that's just how this game is.
Why did Startale coach think it be good idea to send Life out vs a Zerg 0.O? I mean everyone in Starcraft knows Life is awful at ZvZ and Life himself knows this.. ;_;
