I'll comment on the disparity of production value between the EU and AM series. I really do kind of groan at the rambling and jack-assery that gets to happening on the American scene. :/ Apollo and Kaelaris are almost always on it, only chit-chatting once in awhile and usually during dull moments, but the AM guys can get off on these ridiculous rants and stories that just last for fucking ever, right in the middle of a match.

Their pre and post-shows are also seem much more disorganized and whatever, which usually leads to more not-very-funny jokes, stories no one wants to hear, and general fumbling from the entire crew. Apollo has some of the strongest analysis and commentary, but the other casters can match his level if they'd just lock it up a bit more and stop running with these high school level jokes and the like.

NASL have just taken it over, give them a season before judging, I'm sure they are still scrambling to get everything in order.

I've actually enjoyed NASL's production the last few days quite a bit more than WCS EU. I could do with some more analysis type stuff but I don't agree that the casting has been worse.

WCS EU is kind of setting the benchmark (ReDeYe is brilliant) but WCS AM hasn't been too bad at all this week. at least I don't mind. plus they got the wild card, Terry the incredible intern. yesterday they were pretty on point especially found it all pretty entertaining

I was a little eh on the Ro32 for WCS AM this season but the Ro16 has definitely been better than anything from season 1 although it is a little long with all the pregame stuff

Hmm. So WCS EU is more stuffy, thus more professional. WCS AM is more relaxed, thus more casual.

Seems good to me. It reminds me of SNL's parody German cable show. Yes, of course EU is going to be more organized - that's just the way it works in Cologne. In LA? Yeah, not so much. They are still both very good, if different in theme, productions and I enjoy them both.

Yes, I email sponsors... to thank them. Don't post drunk, kids. My king, what has become of you?

That Terry :D and I will agree that when they do commentary, they do it well. It just seems a bit more loose than EU. I wasn't aware they've only been at it for one season either. Things can only get better, I suppose.

At any rate, so glad to see the level of commitment poured into these programs. That's my main gripe - that it really shines when they get everything together, but those little moments where they just feel like they're floating around really hurt the professional presentation they offer.

I will give them time before the extreme over-analytical mouth breathing begins. :D D:

I'll disagree. I think especially Scarlett's matches yesterday were casted terribly, since it was obvious neither caster had the expertise or in-game knowledge to understand what Scarlett was doing with her builds. All they did was scream and yell. Compared to the day before, when Day 9 was casting a few matchups, the difference was like night and day.

It helps when the groups have a more interesting selection of players... like today... and yesterday for me (Group B was bad, subjectively, mostly I guess cuz DeMu didn't show up at all and Taeja unsurprisingly stomped everyone).
