This system is TERRIBLE (IMHO), because people have good incentive to vote for higher star numbers for different reason to them being good games (me included). he also may have meant to recall but miscalculated his energy or used a second time warp by mistake... the move just made no sense, he didn't even attack anything

I voted 2 star it was a terrible game unless you take into consideration the context and Tefel's face after the win, then it is 4/5 well, we will get some more testing on this polls today. Did you come to any conclusion yet if this polls are better? Because sadly lots of people don't vote for the quality of matches at all
Fan favorites and wonky matches always end up with shit results no matter what format.
The big difference is in normal players who aren't big favorites or hated in the community. The results have been very very good for those games. Great games and good games distinguishable from each other, and a lot of very 'logical' voting patterns.
