And Millenium, for some time in the best position to qualify for the playoffs, is now on the edge of dropping out in the regular season finish.
Will HyuN be able to play? Will Dayshi be able to play? Will Millenium qualify? Or will Quantic do Axiom a favor? Get the answers in this matchup!<Derelict Watcher> <Newkirk Precinct TE> <Akilon Wastes> <Daybreak> <Star Station> <Whirlwind> <Neo Planet S> <Red City> <Belshir Vestige>
* = ace. Last player on team can be chosen from the entire lineup, even if the player was eliminated before. ** = revive. Twice per season a team can revive a player that already was eliminated.

So I thought I'd jump in for SinCitta and update the results today, this is my first time doing it and but should be possible . All credit for the template and goes to SinCitta!
|
The mission is clear for Millenium. Win with the best map score as possible in order to have the safest margin to face Axiom again later on. Should they win one game and lost against Axiom, they would only need to keep the same map score as right now to have the upper hand on acer.
|
Go Millenium !
Btw Sin can you add MilleniumTV for this match ?

If Millenium wins 5-0, Millenium is qualified as they could not be behind Acer in map score.
|
Thanks, Musicus!
Not sure if HyuN plays here. Yesterday he was still in Shanghai. Should be easy for Millenium if he can't play. But Millenium didn't look that great in the last two clanwars either. I hope at least that Dayshi can play without interference

No problem, it's my pleasure!
Yeah, I think it all comes down to Hyun, if he plays it could go either way I think. He can always pull an all-kill, without him it will be hard.

Quantic didn't send HyuN in their last two matches (pretty much since they're eliminated), now they use to send their less known and academy players. I doubt HyuN will play as he's probably traveling from Shanghai.

A former MVP player.

Venus is a player that gets it. He's your fire at your desire.
Edit: And there he just took out the top dog in the league

Millenium versus Protoss...

Why on earth would you send dayshi first ? I...i'm just a player and a lambda TL poster but i find this a pretty bad decision. Dayshi is typically the player you DONT wanna align first, especially after studying a bit how quantic behave in these teamleagues.
Man who decide what player to send if you read me you...you just make no sense...

Well maybe they hoped for an all-kill from Dayshi, then they had qualified today.

They wouldnt have been qualified if they went 5-0, but that would greatly help them. Hypotherically they could still lose 0-5 to Axiom in the other encounter(assuming it hasnt been played yet and you dont know the scores).

well if you think that way you certainly wouldn't make a good team manager in my opinion. Dayshi is horrible against protoss and by horrible i mean really, really bad.
Quantic since they are out of ATC and even a bit before always used a protoss first,be it venus,hs,TREME... And since they are now definitevely out its only normal that they would send their ''new'' players to the test bench ( TREME and venus ).
You now had a 60-70 % chance that quantic would have send a protoss,if you are the millenium manager you don't want to send dayshi, you just don't want it.
The best choice would have been feast if he was in shape otherwise goswer who is ok against all races.

PS : Unless you mean that Kaoru would work his magic to get undisclosed tie-breaker rules out of his hat.

Still there could be a three or even four way tie, with TL and Axiom. The other thing would be that admins are not sure whats the deciding factor of who comes ahead(at least thats what I heard, maybe its been decided by now).

Sounds reasonable. I guess the choice was map related and that he felt confident playing on it.

Maybe I put it wrong way, the admin didnt want to state anything before consulting it with the head admin. Im pretty sure the rules have been decided once the league was settled.

+ Show Spoiler +
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/r9ZH0.png) TaKeTV.net ESLTaiwan MilleniumTV Tuesday, Jul 30 1:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) It's the time of the season where every win counts, where every map counts.
Only three maps for Millenium to the playoffs. Three. Little. Maps. But the last time these two teams met, Axiom gave them only two. Axiom themselves cannot afford to lose more than once and they have yet to place Team Liquid twice. Millenium's last chance to take action. Will they use it?<Whirlwind> <Neo Planet S> <Ohana> <Belshir Vestige> <Star Station> <Akilon Wastes> <Clound Kingdom> <Newkirk Precinct> <Daybreak> * = ace.
