JD did not have any chances to win, he was double cursed (Artosis + EG). The zvz everyone spoke about was not that good, Goswser created a bigger obstacle in Hyun's way to victory than Jaedong. | ||

I think it meant more to him than it did to JD. I don't mind JD though - I hope he gets a tourney win sometime soon, it would be a shame for him to take over the kong line. He just isn't allowed to win when he goes through stardust and other protoss players I like :D | ||

i would have liked to see JD coming out on top, because i feel like he'd deserve an SC2 title by now. basically that counts for hyun as well, but i really liked JD's more "outgoing" attitude during the tournament. unfortunately he did not really play all that well in the finals. especially the build on neoplanet felt way off. | ||

While I love JD, I also dislike a lot of players for little reason (Symbol, Losira, Vortex, etc). It's probably best to not try to convince him otherwise | ||

Jjust find it refreshing to see a Protoss play so 'straight up' and have success. I mean my beloved race is oft-bemoaned as being gimmicky, when someone doesn't play that way they're boring :p | ||
