Who will we see from IM? Yonghwa, First, Kangho, YoDa and Squirtle? Obv depends on opponent but seems pretty likely. Would love to see Mvp or Nestea get to play!

Mvp won't play because he's terrible when he can't prepare.

Yeah that's why he could never win any weekend tournaments.

Wait a second...

That MLG was 2 years ago and he had relatively little competition at that IEM

oh, I'm disappointed. I thought you were making a waxangel joke. turns out you were actually serious and actually believe that

Mvp barely attends foreign tournaments, but when he does go he almost always wins or places top 4. in 2013 he went to the IEM world championship(top 4) MLG winter(16th) wcs season finals(top 4) I don't see how you can call that " terrible ".

I'm just talking about weekend tournaments btw. But Werrnt there only 32 people at MLG winter? Terrible was the wrong word be side he isn't wrinkle but I wouldn't say he's a top 40 player in Korea

are you typing incoherently on purpose? -_-

yes MLG winter was 32 players

I really don't care about how you rate him in korea, that's up to your opinion. what I do care about is making false blanket statements like " X is terrible at X " even though the evidence I just provided proves that wrong. I bet you couldn't even find a player with better weekend tournament results this year if you tried.

edit: on second thought if we include WoL Life is definitely better, can't think of anyone else. or maybe losing to sjow and tlo at dreamhack erases the existence of his iron squid and MLG wins? all interesting questions.

Leenock has made it to the finals on every weekend event he has joined (past year) except for MLG winter. And he won 4 of them

Life lost 7 whole games in a row, of course none of his previous results count.

yeah Leenock is a foreign tournament god, I would have included him if the time frame went back further. in 2013 he got 1st at DH and nothing else I think, not sure if that's better than top 4 at wcs season finals, I guess that's subjective.

He has only participated in 2 and one of them he lost to Innovation in a single elim T_T

And I don't think DreamHack better than top 4 WCS with how Mvp performed. IMO Mvp has played better than Leenock in HotS so far (but in a recent interview Leenock said he is starting to feel comfortable in HotS).

I don't want to join your and TommyP's discussion, I just took my chance at praising Leenock :p

I want AxAcer to win so badly but IM's roster is just too damn deep. Yongwa, Squirtle, First, Mvp, Yoda, Kangho, etc.

If IM can take out Ryung they can win, and I have a very good feeling that they will!

I wonder which Yoda will show up to the fight. The head-taking swordmaster or the drunkard who trips and falls into his own knife.

Anyway, Scarlett fighting!

I feel like I'm probably being really dumb, but I just can't quite figure it out. Two what in a row?

edit: Fuck, wait, you probably mean 2 wins over IM in a row. That makes sense.

I think he means two in a row as in they'll beat IM and then MVP in the finals to win the championship. It could go either way.

You know, AxAcer really could have made this easier for themselves by beating NSH who were poor this season. I reckon IM will ultimately be too strong in the Bo9 format. However, I would love to be proved wrong.

Odd's are they still would've come 2nd. Once MVP secured 1st place they basically threw the series but up until that point they were steamrolling Azubu.

I'll be cheering so hard for AA, but yeah, BO9 worries me a little, makes then a very easy team to figure out (compared to teams with a roster like IM and MVP). I can see Crank pulling out the win in the ace match.
