Rain is supposed to be the ace player. In the playoffs I expect him to lose, it has become standard.
Bear in mind that he's still a young player right? I mean season-wise and A-team wise, not age-wise. I reckon that if he can conquer his nerves, he'll be in a good position to replace/reinforce the Brotoss line.
Seriously though, I feel as if SKT really needs some good Z players. It seems like you can practice almost exclusively vT or vP again SKT and still be kinda okay.

No, I used to go for SKT T1, but it was mainly for FanTaSy and Bisu. After about a month of Proleague, I'd completely fallen for Woongjin Stars line-up, loved how solid it was, loved the play of numerous players and will always love ZerO for being the zerg to really bring Queens into play vs Mech and vs HT play in BW, which I'd longed for for so long. I always liked STX Soul second and they have never won a final (or gotten to the finals?) so I'd really like STX to make it. Plus, for some reason, I have really been enjoying seeing Rain fail. In response to IntoTheHeart, this guys fandom is all over the place. Look at the players he listed in his profile quote lol.

Immediately after the GG they would cut to the loser's face and let the audience enjoy the various dejected reactions. A few seconds later they would show the winner just in time for the high fives and the eventual little ceremony.
But now they've gone all PC and start with showing the winner's face, so when they finally cut to the loser he's had time to collect himself. It's not nearly as funny and I miss it every single time.

But they knew to show Rain when he was unaware.

Empty chairs even in the playoffs..? or is it just because of the break between games.

I only wish sOs hadn't gotten mauled so badly in the WCS finals, but Innovation is so impressive so one can't blame him too much.
Could someone clarify for me, does the third series get played today after this if SKT T1 do win, or is it played on another day? I thought in the past (in Brood War at least) it was played on the same day.

Anyone have that old Hwaseung House comic where Bisu gets ripped on for losing to Bogus? Feel like that would be appropriate today.

They were horrible when they first transitioned to wol, zooming in on players faces at completely random times etc. They're still not as good as they were in bw but they are getting better.

Even after a 5-game losing streak, Rain is still scary

Rain has always been an ace level player since PL switched to SC2. It's just that he tends to fail every now and then.

I feel like SKT needs motivation, not more skilled players at this point. Their lineup is absolutely fine but they all look so dejected and almost beaten. Intangibles I know but I still think it plays a bit part.
