Wonderful tournament!
Thanks Take! Round of applause to all the players, organisers, casters and sponsors. Great job!
HomeStory is always one of the special events in the Tournament calendar, and this one lived up to the fine tradition established by earlier ones.
Here's to the next Homestory Cup!

I was actually sitting here wondering if the numbers weren't a bit low, I guess I've let some of the people get to me recently. Everything has been setting records since HotS, the last 2 DH's were the most viewed ever as well with 121k for the stockholm finals and 110k for the summer finals(on a monday). That also doesn't include the viewers on Swedish television which I believe brought stockholm up to 196k or something ridiculous, haven't heard the tv numbers for summer yet.
Thanks for the info! That's actually really good news Wondering where some of the negativity comes from tho, oh well.

stardust's english is terrible you couldnt even understand anything he was saying at DH.

It's a wrap!
Looking forward to HSC VIII! Well done, TaKe and the entire production crew!

People are walking in front of the camera, it's not over yet! *will not let go*

I think this tournament perfectly captured the transitional period that is post S1 of the HOTS WCS event (at least for the EU). People like TLO and Snute are proving the EU is on the upswing and we see folks like Stephano stepping down but still looking so strong. The community and viewership for the EU players is awesome, and I hope that the NASL team can help do the same for WCS America.
Great stuff Dennis, Kev, and all the player-casters! Congrats to TL, and can't wait for their next event!

great tournament. Looking forward to the next one

The negativity comes from LoL getting larger numbers, some people can't handle being 2nd place even if 2nd place is doing really well.

Great tournament. From semi's it was pure gold, every game was pretty awesome.

It's not hating if he didn't understand him. I'm good at understanding through thick accents and there were sentences he uttered at DH where I had not the faintest idea what he was saying.

always makes me a bit sad when events like that end

Great tournament for Team Liquid! Congratz to TaeJa!

And there the last camera went off.
Thanks for another wonderful event, Dennis. It felt a little less like Home and a bit more Cup, but the good atmosphere was still there. Congratulations to Taeja, Snute and TLO for their Liquid sweep. Don't be mean to Ret (ok a little).
See you next time.

Homestory always so good. Can't wait for the next one, my favorite SC2 events by far.
