People might think it has nothing to do with WCS KR if they don't read the whole title, and we know how bad the internet is at reading things completely. However with only one OSL a year at this point, if we don't spread the OSL brand people might never get used to it. Either way is fine with me though as long as they both show up. Personally I prefer the " Starleague " brand over OSL, I think it sounds cooler. Currently both are at the front of the title so I think it works out okay. The Starleague part could probably do without the caps but we might as well be flashy for opening day. So the alternative could be [OSL] WCS KR or [WCS KR OSL] I guess? I'm not sure what would be best. I definitely like the Starleague brand myself though, and the banner happens to also have the starleague title on it and not OSL/ongamenet.
Yeah Starleague does sound better. I guess we are all just attached to our acronyms (GSL, PL, MLG, DH, IPL... etc) :p I don't agree with having a really confusing tournament name like [WCS KR OSL] or something like that.

And also mention how all the material says Auction All Kill Starleague and not OSL, but for uniformity's sake all Starleagues are called OSLs, but individually are called [sponsor name] Starleague.

Title is too long unfortunately. Gonna be hard to fit in the sponsor name with WCS KR presumably taking priority.

how would you know that for sure? maybe it's just me but tourneys section is where I looked at first, then we got a preview in the front page and a calendar entry to the right. The way you do this, people will be instructed to value the WCS brand over GSL/OSL, which is not a good thing imo.
It's better to keep the title simple, and do your best to pump up the thread with hype. People will naturally come

I'd be fine with having [OSL] before WCS KR, as long as WCS KR is somewhere in the title.
And I know for sure because I know these forums have tons of lurkers and casuals who don't post frequently or at all who are easily confused about everything. I spent a few hours in a thread teaching people how the sc2 professional scene works a few days ago.

That is why I am pushing for the main title to be OSL or Starleague, but there HAS to be the subtitle of WCS KR so that people know it is part of the bigger picture. That's why in the format I suggest it's relegated to the back of the title. However I think it is important to include it, because this is the first OSL / WCS KR combo.
